Services and all hosting fees are non-refundable.  Hosting starts when site goes live and renewals are billed a month prior to due date.  Sites may be removed from the internet after 30 days late unless other arrangements are made with EKDesigns.  All other services are billed when work is completed and due upon receipt.  All services and payments are non-refundable.
